At ARD Raccanello we do not consider ourselves just a point of reference in the paint sector, but also a place where people and their families are at the focus of our attention.
The new parenthood policy represents a further step forward in our commitment to employee well-being. With concrete measures such as the extension of paternity leave, baby bonuses, off work for children's medical visits and additional days of smart working, we want to support our employees in one of the most important moments in life: becoming parents!
Policy measures in brief
The new initiative, in force since this year, provides a series of concrete measures to support parents, both in the prenatal phase and in the return-to-work phase. Among the most important benefits we list the integration of five days in the mandatory paternity leave provided by law, the baby bonuses of 2,000 euros immediately and an additional 1,000 euros upon the first year has been completed; 4 hours of paid leave for medical visits will be guaranteed, and there will also be the possibility of increasing the days of smart working, already provided for by the company regulations.
