After fixing the starting profiles, lay the corresponding EPS panels with staggered joints, gluing them with grey carbonate smoothing adhesive, distributed along the perimeter of the panel and for central points (minimum gluing surface 40% of the surface). After at least 48 hours, fix the panels with suitable plugs (T-structure and number not less than 6/m² and 8 for the perimeter areas). Glue the edge protectors with smoothing adhesive and add the finishing accessories (closures, guides, profiles, drip guards, self-expanding sealing tapes, expansion joints, fixing inserts, sheet metal, etc.) where necessary. Position diagonal reinforcements in correspondence with the openings (windows, doors, etc.), smooth the sheets by incorporating a 150 g/m² fibreglass reinforcement mesh into the wet smoothing adhesive and smooth again. After the reinforced plaster has dried and hydrated completely, apply a base coat in a similar color to the finish and finish, sanding it with a plastic trowel. The color must be chosen from those indicated for external insulation systems in our Tinte d’Italia fandeck.
